Senior Financial Analyst, Reporting and Analytics

About the role

SNH Strategic Partners is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead reporting and analytics across its platform, including consolidated firm and fund reporting, management dashboards, budgeting, and forecasting. You will report to the Director of Finance, work closely with the Group CFO, and provide the numbers leadership and investors rely on for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for the management company, funds, and portfolio companies.
• Maintain and enhance management dashboards with variance analysis and commentary.
• Review and consolidate portfolio company reporting, standardising charts of accounts.
• Collaborate with operating management on bottom‑up annual budgets and multi‑year plans, using driver‑based models.
• Support fund accounting and investor reporting, reconciling distributions and cash.
• Assemble tax data packages for external advisors and review them.
• Assist the accounting team during peak periods and cover absences.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience in FP&A, financial reporting or similar.
• Hands‑on experience with consolidated management reporting across multiple legal entities.
• Proven ability to build bottom‑up budgets and multi‑year financial plans.
• Strong organization and follow‑through with multiple concurrent deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience analyzing large datasets.
• Working knowledge of fund accounting, partnership allocations and capital accounts.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power Query or other ETL tools (preferred).
