Store Manager – Plaza Del Caribe

About the role

As the Store Manager you will own the complete omni‑channel customer experience in the Plaza Del Caribe store, ensuring visual and commercial standards align with global and regional strategies. You will lead the full store team, foster an inclusive culture and drive sales performance while monitoring competitors and market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the total omni‑channel customer experience, maintaining visual and commercial curation according to store format and brand guidelines.
• Analyse sales and budget results, develop and implement plans to optimise profit and meet targets.
• Lead talent management – recruit, onboard, coach, evaluate performance and plan succession for the store team.
• Maintain store operations including fitting‑room, checkout, stock levels, visual merchandising and in‑store tech services such as Click & Collect and the Hello Member app.
• Monitor competitor activity, identify commercial opportunities and ensure cost‑efficient store maintenance.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in retail management or operations, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, comfortable working with numbers and statistics.
• Ambitious, collaborative and able to develop and motivate a diverse team.
• Experience collaborating closely with a team and driving performance improvements.
