Technical Writer (Spanish Bilingual)

About the role

The Technical Writer will create and maintain safety‑focused documentation for clients and internal stakeholders. This remote position requires strong accountability, meeting deadlines, and delivering clear, compliant safety communications.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit, and format safety manuals, policies, procedures, and guidance documents.
• Refresh existing documents to ensure accuracy with current OSHA/HSE standards.
• Draft materials for construction site safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Prepare concise summaries and follow‑ups from safety meetings and client engagements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably with safety, compliance, or industrial content.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• High accountability and ability to reliably meet deadlines.
• Comfortable multitasking and managing shifting priorities.
