About the role

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will support the F&B Director in overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of quality, service and marketing to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and organize restaurant operations across multiple outlets.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing.
• Maximize profits through outstanding customer service and efficient cost control.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
• At least five years of relevant hospitality experience, preferably in hotel restaurant management.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent planning, organizing and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Proven guest‑relations and problem‑solving abilities.
