Associate, Retail Channels (Digital Adoption)

About the role

The Associate, Retail Channels (Digital Adoption) supports retail branches in promoting and using Oriental’s digital channels. Based at the Oriental Center in San Juan, the role involves on‑site interaction with customers and internal teams to drive digital adoption across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, dynamic customer service and guide customers to appropriate digital channel options.
• Support the development and execution of digital‑adoption strategies for existing and new clients.
• Visit physical branches, gather feedback, and communicate strategy updates related to digital channels.
• Analyze client behavior to create tailored digital briefs and customer journeys.
• Stay current on Oriental’s digital capabilities and act as a liaison with decision‑makers.
• Participate in presentations, testing of new digital tools, and the creation of motivational contests and initiatives.
• Prepare documentation, fact sheets, and communication guides for branch use.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in a financial services environment or comparable management role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical abilities with a track record of identifying improvement opportunities.
• Knowledge of industry policies, procedures and relevant regulations.
• Proven presentation, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
