Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the role

ABA Centers of Puerto Rico is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in San Juan, PR, on a full-time basis. The starting pay is $85,000 per year, with final compensation set by experience, training and education. The workplace is hybrid and a relocation package of up to $15,000 is offered.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference and functional assessments, staff performance assessments).
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis.

Required profile

• Master's degree.
• Active BCBA certification, required.
• Willingness and ability to supervise candidates seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to maintain clean background and drug screenings and a clean driving record.
