Board Certified Radiation Oncologist, MD, Part-Time

About the role

Greenberg-Larraby, Inc. (GLI) seeks a Board‑Certified Radiation Oncologist to provide part‑time clinical coverage and on‑call support for its Radiation Oncology service at a federal hospital in Puerto Rico.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site clinical coverage on scheduled days and 24/7 on‑call availability for urgent patient needs.
• Deliver and supervise therapeutic radiation treatment, including emergency/urgent care.
• Participate in treatment planning, chart rounds, and quality‑of‑care activities.
• Complete VA clinical documentation in CPRS and engage in required peer reviews.
• Comply with all VA credentialing, privileging, and annual training requirements.

Required profile

• MD or DO, Board Certified in Radiation Oncology (ABR).
• Unrestricted U.S. Medical License (any state).
• Current BLS certification.
• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.

Required skills

• Radiation therapy delivery.
• Treatment planning.
• Managing oncology patients.
• Radiation oncology emergencies.
• Proficiency with ARIA, Eclipse, or similar systems.
