Business Development Manager – Caribbean Region

About the role

Full Protection is looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to lead growth across the Caribbean. You will identify new opportunities, strengthen partner relationships and expand our presence in key vertical markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Caribbean region.
• Identify, qualify and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, system integrators, consultants and end users.
• Promote the portfolio of fire alarm, access control, video surveillance, networking and security solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project closing.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and technical‑commercial meetings.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business plans and monthly activity reports.
• Attend regional trade shows, customer events and industry conferences.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of business development or technical sales experience in the security or life‑safety industry.
• Proven experience working with distributors and channel partners.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the Caribbean region.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (French a plus).
