Clinical Assessor (BCBA) – ABA Therapy

About the role

Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst looking to advance your career? As a Clinical Assessor you will work directly with families and children, delivering high‑quality autism assessments and helping streamline ABA therapy delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with admissions and clinical teams to complete intakes for prospective families.
• Conduct initial assessments using standardized tools such as Vineland, ABAS‑2, VB‑MAPP, AFLS, EFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, Socially Savvy, MAS, QABF, FAST, etc.
• Coordinate case transitions after assessment, including overlap meetings with families and receiving teams.
• Provide up to three initial assessments per week in home and clinical settings.
• Perform peer reviews with insurance companies to secure authorization for therapy hours.
• Train staff on conducting initial skills and adaptive assessments.

Required profile

• BCBA certification.
• Minimum three years of experience supervising others in the ABA field.
• Clean background, drug screening results and a valid driving record.

Required skills

• Proficiency with assessment instruments: Vineland, ABAS‑2, MBA, VB‑MAPP, AFLS, EFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, Socially Savvy, MAS, QABF, FAST.
