About the role

We are seeking a HR professional with strong expertise in Talent Development and Talent Acquisition to shape and implement talent solutions for our Puerto Rico plant.

Key responsibilities

• Provide subject‑matter expertise across Talent Development and Talent Acquisition.
• Support implementation and localization of global talent frameworks and programs.
• Assist with talent reviews, succession planning and development initiatives.
• Guide HR Business Partners and leaders on complex talent topics.
• Translate global frameworks into practical, locally‑aligned solutions.
• Leverage talent and workforce insights to improve program adoption and effectiveness.
• Build HR capability through guidance, facilitation and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 8+ years progressive HR experience with significant TA and TD/Talent Management exposure.
• Strong expertise in Talent Development/Management and Talent Acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree in I/O psychology, HR or related field; master’s preferred.
• Experience in a three‑pillar HR model and multinational matrix organizations.
• Global mindset, cultural sensitivity and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional talent initiatives from implementation through continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with HR systems, digital tools and talent analytics for data‑driven decisions.
