Data Analyst

About the role

The Integrated Data Analyst will join the digital team to consolidate, analyze, and transform data from paid media, organic social, email, web analytics, and CRM platforms into actionable insights. This role supports campaign performance measurement, data visualization, and cross‑platform reporting, helping drive data‑backed decisions for marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze performance across paid media (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, DV360, TikTok) and organic channels, monitoring metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, open rates, and conversions.
• Design and maintain automated dashboards using Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and Excel; produce recurring and ad‑hoc reports for agency and client needs.
• Manage data extraction and integration from multiple platforms, supporting SQL queries and BigQuery for structured data modeling.
• Collaborate with media strategists, campaign managers, and creatives to translate data into optimization plans and present insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in data‑focused roles within digital marketing or advertising.
• Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented, and excellent communication skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
