Marketing Data & Customer Intelligence Analyst

About the role

The Marketing Data & Customer Intelligence Analyst drives data‑driven decision making across Marketing, owning reporting, segmentation, campaign measurement and performance insights. The role works hybrid from San Juan, PR and partners with Marketing, Operations, Data & Analytics and Technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the marketing reporting ecosystem across platforms such as Braze, Snowflake, Power BI and other analytics tools.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI scorecards and recurring reports for acquisition, engagement, retention and profitability initiatives.
• Analyze campaign, website, channel and customer‑journey performance to surface trends, risks and optimization opportunities.
• Perform customer intelligence analyses, build segmentation models and recommend audience strategies for acquisition, cross‑sell and retention.
• Validate data quality, reconcile reporting outputs and enforce data‑governance standards.
• Partner with Data & Analytics and Technology teams to enhance the Customer 360 data environment.
• Support testing programs, A/B experiments and performance measurement across email, SMS, push, in‑app and web channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Customer Intelligence, Business Intelligence or similar analytical roles, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
