Director, Marketing Technology & Measurement

About the role

The Director, Marketing Technology & Measurement is the senior owner of the agency’s marketing technology, data, measurement, and cross‑platform delivery ecosystem—including how data is collected, governed, integrated, activated, and reported across paid, owned, and partner channels. This role leads digital media operations and enablement, ensuring campaigns are instrumented correctly, reporting is consistent and decision‑ready, and platform integrations support reliable performance management at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own the agency’s marketing technology and measurement ecosystem across paid, owned, and partner channels.
• Govern the ad‑tech and marketing‑technology stack, including tool selection, access controls, documentation, and vendor coordination.
• Operationalize best practices through playbooks, templates, launch/QA checklists, training, and recurring governance routines.
• Lead first‑party data strategy and operational readiness, partnering with clients to connect CRM/CDP and commerce systems.
• Design and manage data architecture that connects ad platforms, analytics, CRM/CDP, BI/reporting, and offline systems, overseeing data pipelines and automated reporting.
• Define and maintain measurement frameworks, tracking standards, and audit processes to ensure data integrity.
• Build and govern reporting systems that deliver decision‑ready dashboards, automated pipelines, and anomaly checks.
• Lead and develop analysts, setting priorities, reviewing work quality, and ensuring consistent high‑quality delivery.
