Experienced Bilingual Healthcare Collections Representative – Remote (Puerto Rico)

About the role

Join our thriving team as a Remote Call Center Representative. We are seeking ambitious, self‑motivated individuals with experience in third‑party healthcare collections to provide excellent customer service from home.

Key responsibilities

• Communicating with consumers by telephone, approving written correspondence, and attempting to resolve unpaid accounts.
• Providing thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates in the computer system for each call.
• Performing skip tracing to locate consumer contact information.
• Counseling delinquent consumers to help them find funds to meet payment obligations.
• Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as TSI policies and procedures.
• Providing feedback to management and recommending process improvements.

Required profile

• High level of ambition and desire to grow professionally.
• Experience with third‑party healthcare collections.
• Positive, friendly demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to meet minimum internet speed requirements (25 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload) with a hard‑wired broadband connection.
