Finance Lead – Supply Chain Finance

About the role

Join Haleon's Global Finance function as a Finance Lead supporting the Guayama manufacturing site. You will provide analysis and financial support to drive profitability and cost efficiency across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of the annual plan, monthly forecasts and financial reporting.
• Partner with senior leadership, manufacturing and commercial teams to identify cost‑saving opportunities through data and analytics.
• Develop capital investment business cases and new product costing to win volume.
• Ensure accurate product costing, drive continuous improvement and meet annual cost‑efficiency targets.
• Monitor SOX compliance, support internal and external audits, and manage change‑program implementation.
• Handle the annual transfer‑pricing process and ad‑hoc reporting as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience in statutory or management reporting, preferably in a shared‑services model.
• Experience in a regulated environment such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals or consumer goods.
• Background in financial planning, including inventory accounting.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills to explain financial issues clearly.
