Learning & Development Supervisor

About the role

The Learning & Development Supervisor leads the strategy, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of corporate learning solutions, overseeing Learning Consultants and corporate programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the integrated corporate and tailored learning portfolio, aligning with organizational priorities and the L&D strategy.
• Oversee Learning Consultants in assessing needs, designing solutions, and managing project scopes, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage corporate learning programs, including New Employee Orientation, leadership development, and platforms such as LinkedIn Learning and goFLUENT.
• Ensure learning design follows adult learning, instructional design, and accessibility principles, and establish evaluation plans.
• Build strategic partnerships with senior leaders, HR partners, and external vendors, and report performance metrics.
• Supervise and develop the Learning Consultants team, setting goals, providing coaching, and monitoring workload.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Organizational Psychology, Education or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of experience in learning and development, capability building, or internal consulting.
• Proven experience leading teams or projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Experience assessing learning needs and designing, delivering, and evaluating learning solutions.
