Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Join CSA Group’s fast‑paced, diverse environment as a Marketing Coordinator. You will lead the creation and delivery of proposals, RFIs, and other bid documents while supporting business development initiatives across the A/E/C sector.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce winning proposals, sources sought, RFIs, and SOQs.
• Create, proofread, edit, format, and expedite proposal documents.
• Collaborate with project managers and directors to develop proposal content and meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain and organize files, resumes, and project records used in proposal production.
• Manage proposal timelines to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Gather information from sub‑consultants and maintain the marketing database, reports, and image assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the A/E/C industry, including public‑sector RFQ/RFP responses.
• Ability to travel locally and handle multiple tasks in a remote/hybrid setting.
• Proven track record of managing several projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort interfacing with clients.
