About the role

The Food & Beverage Server will deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests at the Seagrapes Restaurant within Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico. Working the PM shift, you will anticipate guest needs, provide expert menu guidance, and ensure every interaction reflects the luxury standards of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence in quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs, offer suggestions, and respond promptly to concerns and requests.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards.

Required profile

• An outgoing personality with a can‑do approach to assigned tasks.
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine.
• Background in luxury resort or hotel environments is considered an asset.
