About the role

The Food & Beverage Server delivers exceptional quality and service to pool and beach guests at Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico. You will provide expertly served beverages and dining experiences, anticipate guest needs, and act as a knowledgeable guide to menu options, creating memorable moments for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience with a focus on quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs, offer suggestions, and respond promptly to concerns and requests.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of food and wine offerings to guide guests.

Required profile

• Outgoing personality with a can‑do approach to assigned tasks.
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine.
• Background in luxury resort or hotel environments is considered an asset.
