Sales Executive - Ad Solutions

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive will manage relationships with assigned ad agencies and pursue new direct advertising opportunities across cable television networks and other media products. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, growing market share, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with assigned ad agencies and direct advertisers to generate new business.
• Prospect new sales opportunities using direct sales strategies and conduct personal visits to present proposals.
• Negotiate deals, close sales, and meet or exceed established quotas.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with Liberty Latin America policies, including privacy and safety standards.

Required profile

• 3-6 years of media sales experience (radio, newspaper, TV, cable).
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Advertising.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Ability to handle multi‑million‑dollar budgets and travel as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of media metrics such as CPM rates.
• Strong prospecting and cold‑calling abilities.
