Sr Product Manager I - Spanish Speaking (LATAM & Puerto Rico)

About the role

Axon is looking for a Spanish-speaking Sr Product Manager to act as the voice of regional customers and end users in its global Product organisation, covering LATAM and Puerto Rico. The role leads product discovery and helps shape the strategy, roadmap and delivery of software-led solutions, with a focus on the Digital Evidence Management platform and the connected device ecosystem. It is remote, based in Puerto Rico, reporting to the Senior Director, International Product Management, with about 35% travel across LATAM, Puerto Rico and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer and user discovery: run customer conversations, workflow observation and Voice of Customer research to identify and prioritise problems.
• Represent end users throughout the product lifecycle, making sure decisions are grounded in customer insight and usability.
• Shape regional product strategy and roadmaps with global Product leadership, and turn insights into problem statements, briefs, user stories and requirements.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of localised features, monitoring adoption and user feedback.
• Bring regional realities such as infrastructure, connectivity, procurement models, regulations and language into global product planning.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Legal and other stakeholders, and bridge Sales and Product on multi-country opportunities.
• Engage early in regional tenders, RFPs and procurement, and support product adoption and enablement.

Required profile

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, cloud or enterprise software.
• Full end-to-end product lifecycle ownership, from discovery and launch to adoption measurement.
• Experience building, launching and scaling digital software products, and working with Engineering and Product Design in an agile environment.
• Experience with enterprise sales, tenders, RFPs or procurement is highly desirable; experience with both software and connected hardware is beneficial.
• Fluent English and Spanish; fluency in Spanish is required.
