Warehouse Support – Inventory & Logistics

About the role

The Warehouse Support role ensures accurate inventory management, safe material handling, and timely dispatch of raw materials and finished goods for Cooper Vision manufacturing sites. The position involves hands‑on work in a regulated environment, requiring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts, physical inventories and reconcile system records with actual stock.
• Receive heavy loads, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and store bulk polypropylene in silos.
• Monitor storage temperature and ensure proper material placement according to procedures.
• Label quarantine items, handle MRO deliveries, and support other warehouse and logistics tasks as needed.
• Dispatch materials to manufacturing/packaging areas, coordinate returns, and prepare shipments with accurate documentation.
• Conduct safety and operational inspections of material‑handling equipment and follow PPE requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience in warehouse, logistics, or medical device/pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow SOPs, QSR and ISO 13485 guidelines.
• Strong teamwork, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.

• Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license.
• Temperature monitoring of storage areas.
