Warehouse Support

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Support professional to assist with cycle counts, physical inventory, and material handling in our Juana Diaz facility. The role ensures proper storage, temperature monitoring, and safe movement of bulk polypropylene and other raw materials.

Key responsibilities

• Support cycle count and physical inventory activities, ensuring system records match actual stock.
• Monitor storage temperature and follow established procedures for material storage.
• Store bulk polypropylene from containers to silos and maintain good housekeeping.
• Stamp quarantine labels on incoming raw materials and handle MRO material deliveries.
• Receive heavy loads, operate forklift and pallet jack to move and locate materials.
• Dispatch inventory to manufacturing and packaging areas according to policies.
• Coordinate inventory returns, ensuring proper packaging and lot identification.
• Perform product scanning for shipping batches and safeguard shipments against mishandling.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• Preferred experience in warehouse/logistics environments.
• Preferred experience in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Pallet jack operation.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, QSR and related SOPs.
