Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will ensure compliance with legal requirements, reduce legal risks, and support CooperVision's strategic plan by overseeing talent acquisition, benefits, payroll, and wellness programs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and support in line with local and state labor legislation.
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract talent.
• Align HR operations with the company’s strategic direction and adapt to market changes.
• Partner with TMOE and L&D to identify talent and foster development, growth, and retention.
• Manage dispensary processes for employee licenses and legal compliance.
• Deliver on‑site HR services, counseling, and morale‑building initiatives.
• Design and deliver HR training as business needs arise.
• Support the HR Director with ad‑hoc projects aimed at improving talent attraction and development.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment (medical devices or pharmaceutical).
• Minimum 3 years in HR management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to quickly learn and use HRIS and talent management systems.
