Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Join Evertec, a leading technology and transaction processing company, as a Business Intelligence Analyst. You will create dashboards, analyze transactional data, and support compliance and fraud monitoring across payment processing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Generate dashboards to monitor transactional behavior across electronic payment processing channels.
• Analyze data to understand customer and product transactions, identifying control points and preventing data integrity issues.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards for management decision‑making.
• Support compliance, fraud monitoring, chargebacks, and audit functions through data analysis and reporting.
• Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and document processes and findings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or dashboard/report development.
• Knowledge of the financial sector and payment ecosystems is preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).

Required skills

• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Proficiency with Power BI.
• Experience using SQL Server.
