Cloud & Software Engineer

About the role

This full‑time Cloud & Software Engineer position is remote, open to candidates across Latin America, with required overlap with Puerto Rico business hours. The role combines software development and cloud infrastructure administration for client environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end backend services and front‑ends, including API design, authentication, UI, testing and deployment.
• Administer, secure and optimise client cloud environments on OCI, AWS and Azure covering compute, networking, IAM, databases and integration services.
• Participate in client and partner troubleshooting sessions, translate requirements into technical designs and working software.
• Own incidents from detection through root‑cause analysis and vendor follow‑up.
• Contribute to assessments, migrations, proofs of concept and new engagements as the company expands.
• Document architectures, code, configurations and procedures.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience combining cloud infrastructure and software development.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud platform (OCI, AWS or Azure).
• Ability to build full‑stack applications.
• Comfortable in client‑facing meetings and explaining technical issues to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Availability to overlap with Puerto Rico business hours (AST, UTC‑4).
