Department Manager – Plaza Del Caribe

About the role

As a Department Manager at H&M in Plaza Del Caribe, you will lead a team to deliver an inclusive, collaborative store environment while driving sales, profit and visual standards. You will be responsible for the overall customer experience, operational efficiency and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure visual and commercial presentation follows global guidelines and drives sales.
• Analyze sales and budget data, create action plans to optimise results and profit.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
• Manage department costs, fitting‑room and checkout routines, and all related admin tasks.
• Stay up‑to‑date with fashion trends, competitors and influencers to guide the team.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and evaluate team members, handling scheduling and succession planning.
• Maintain a clean sales floor, stockroom and back‑of‑house areas, ensuring correct stock levels and garment care.
• Oversee in‑store omni‑services such as Click & Collect, Instore Care App and Smart Store tools.
