Department Supervisor – Retail

About the role

As a Department Supervisor you will support sales and profit goals by delivering the best customer experience in the department and store, following H&M standards and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Support total OMNI customer experience, ensure visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines.
• Drive sales, promote the Hello Member app and sustainability initiatives, and manage fitting room and checkout routines.
• Maintain fashion and trend awareness, share product knowledge with the team.
• Lead, develop and motivate the team, ensure compliance with procedures, legal requirements and store operations.
• Secure clean sales floor, proper stock levels, visual presentation, and manage in‑store tech services.

Required skills

• Knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising and stock management.
• Ability to work with numbers, statistics and commercial analysis.
