Sales Advisor – Plaza Del Sol

About the role

As a Sales Advisor at H&M Plaza Del Sol you will deliver excellent customer service, guide shoppers through the store and actively promote our fashion products. You will use your fashion knowledge to ensure a positive shopping experience and help maintain a tidy sales floor.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, promoting the Hello Member loyalty app and sustainability initiatives.
• Provide product information, fashion trends and styling advice to drive sales.
• Handle garment refill, steaming, fitting rooms and checkout processes following best practices.
• Maintain clean and organized sales floor, stockrooms and visual displays according to visual guidelines.
• Support store opening and closing procedures and adhere to health & safety standards.

Required profile

• Passionate about fashion with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Previous sales or retail experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills, flexible, decisive and able to work collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn and share product and store‑operation knowledge with teammates.
