About the role

The Field Team Leader will oversee daily field activities, ensuring operational standards are met and the quality of collected information is high. This position manages a team of auditors, handling performance evaluation, professional development, expense control, and resource coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Support and monitor daily operational and administrative tasks of auditors.
• Review, adjust, and approve auditors' work plans, making reassignments as needed.
• Track internal operational indicators and implement action plans to meet objectives.
• Conduct on‑site verification and supervision of the operational/auditor panel.
• Ensure compliance with field methodology and guarantee data quality.
• Recruit and maintain the store panel used for field operations.
• Communicate and resolve issues that could affect operational or administrative processes.
• Train auditors on procedures and best practices.

Required profile

• Lead a team of approximately 20 people, covering day‑to‑day administration, performance evaluation, coaching and career development.
• Intermediate or higher education (university degree).
• Residence in San Juan, Carolina or Bayamón.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• At least 3 years of experience supervising field teams.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
