About the role

The Key Lead ensures every customer enjoys a high‑quality in‑store experience at the Mall of San Juan. Acting as the floor supervisor, this role provides day‑to‑day guidance to brand representatives and stock associates while driving sales performance and upholding brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Fulfill omni‑channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision‑making.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

Required profile

• Provide guidance and coaching to brand representatives and stock associates as the floor supervisor.
• Drive store performance through excellent customer experience and achievement of daily sales targets.
• Collaborate as part of the store leadership team to ensure effective store operations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and visual merchandising standards.
