Quality Lead, Global QS NC & CAPA Process Owner

About the role

The Quality Lead, Global QS NC & CAPA Process Owner is responsible for the worldwide governance of Nonconformance (NC) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes within CooperVision’s Quality Management System. This senior position ensures that the processes are compliant, effective, and aligned with regulatory requirements and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and continuously improve globally harmonized NC and CAPA processes, procedures, and governance models.
• Develop and monitor metrics and digital solutions to track process performance.
• Partner with Global Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, R&D, functional leaders, and IT to ensure process scalability and compliance.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise and guidance across sites and functions.
• Lead governance meetings, audits, and corrective action reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management, NC/CAPA processes, and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of QMS, NC, and CAPA methodologies.
• Experience with process governance, metrics definition, and digital solution implementation.
