Repair & Maintenance Technician (Electrical License)

About the role

The Repair & Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall upkeep of guestrooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel, ensuring a safe and attractive environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry systems.
• Maintain guestrooms, public spaces and back‑of‑house areas to hotel standards.

Required profile

• High school, vocational or technical school graduate.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with basic computer (Windows) skills.
• 5‑6 years progressive maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Valid Puerto Rico electrical license.
