Room Attendant – Luxury Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

The Room Attendant is a vital member of the housekeeping team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico, responsible for preparing and maintaining guest rooms and residences to the highest standards of luxury and service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare guest rooms for arrival and daytime service, including making beds, cleaning, dusting, sanitizing, and restocking amenities.
• Remove used linens, towels, garbage, and handle room service trays, dishes, and carts.
• Report maintenance issues to Engineering and housekeeping management through designated work systems.
• Add special touches such as microfiber cloths, bookmarks, or cable ties to enhance the guest experience.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule with ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.
