Sales & Account Manager (Remote – Puerto Rico)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Account Manager to drive business growth and strengthen agency relationships across Puerto Rico. The role is fully remote, with occasional travel to support agents, brokers and partners on the island.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers and business partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Support new business development, client retention, onboarding, training and contract registration.
• Review and manage Requests for Proposals, coordinate proposal development and ensure timely responses.
• Facilitate quoting opportunities through underwriting portals and internal systems.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot) and generate sales activity and performance reports.
• Coordinate marketing collateral, assist with commission inquiries, monitor pipeline and renewal reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Underwriting and Customer Service teams and support process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in sales, account management, customer service or insurance.
• Experience in health, travel or life insurance is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) and able to travel within Puerto Rico.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
