Sales & Marketing Specialist – Property Services

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work full‑time in a hybrid setting based in Puerto Rico, promoting Aquaservice’s property maintenance solutions. The role covers the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and providing post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective members through phone calls, emails, and in‑person meetings.
• Present Aquaservice’s maintenance packages and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Generate and execute marketing campaigns to drive lead generation.
• Collaborate with the operations team to align service offerings with client requirements.
• Track account performance, prepare sales reports, and maintain CRM data.
• Provide ongoing customer support and address inquiries promptly.
• Contribute to training materials and assist in onboarding new sales team members.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent service quality and messaging.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present services to diverse audiences.
• Proven experience in sales, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing in a service‑oriented environment.
• Customer‑service background focused on building long‑term relationships.
• Experience coaching or training sales staff and supporting onboarding processes.
• Relevant experience in property services, hospitality, or maintenance industries is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
