Sales & Service Representative – Condado Branch

About the role

FirstBank PR is looking for a motivated Sales & Service Representative to join its Condado Branch. You will help customers with their banking needs, build lasting relationships, and promote a full range of banking products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through internal cross‑sell activities and marketplace visits.
• Promote, refer and sell bank products and services to both new and existing clients, meeting defined business goals.
• Develop product and service relationships that address customers’ financial needs.
• Support branch growth by applying the Sales Culture and OSS Program, following working plans and administrative procedures.
• Perform service‑request transactions, maintain accurate account files, and ensure compliance with BSA, AML, OFAC and other banking regulations.
• Assist the Branch Sales Assistant Manager and Operations Assistant Manager with administrative tasks and special projects.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer‑oriented roles with knowledge of banking products.
• At least 24 credits toward an associate or bachelor’s degree; a bachelor’s in business administration is preferred.
• Understanding of banking regulations such as Know Your Customer and the Bank Secrecy Act.
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong sales, customer service and presentation abilities.
• Flexibility to work holidays, weekends and varying schedules.
