Senior Inside Sales Associate

About the role

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Associate to grow market share, develop new customer relationships and deepen existing partnerships. The role focuses on revenue growth, margin improvement and delivering an exceptional buying experience across phone, online and in‑store channels.

Key responsibilities

• Grow assigned accounts by increasing order size, margin and overall revenue.
• Identify and acquire new customers, converting purchases from competitors.
• Maintain daily outbound call activity to generate leads and present solutions.
• Educate customers on new product lines and industry developments.
• Update customer interactions in the CRM and track performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Desire to be accountable for sales revenue and customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
