Systems Engineer II – Avionics Solutions

About the role

As a Systems Engineer II at Honeywell Aerospace, you will join a team that designs, develops, and integrates complex avionic systems. Working from our Aguadilla, Puerto Rico location on a hybrid schedule, you will own system solutions throughout the entire lifecycle, from business development to product end‑of‑life.

Key responsibilities

• Manage requirements, define architecture, and drive systems integration.
• Perform systems verification, data analysis, and project performance tracking.
• Address technical barriers and support travel up to 15% of the time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics).
• At least 1 year of engineering experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MATLAB.
• Understanding of systems engineering principles.
