About the role

The VIP Host/Hostess for the Chico Lounge creates a memorable, personalized experience for every guest, from a warm welcome to a gracious farewell. This role is essential to maintaining the high‑end service standards of a 5‑star resort.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a personalized welcome and manage the seating sequence flawlessly.
• Ensure each guest receives a fond farewell, leaving them feeling appreciated.
• Promote the brand and upsell services while maintaining a high quality of service.

Required profile

• Experience in VIP lounges or high‑end private clubs.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fluctuating guest volumes.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays and special events.
• High school graduate with fluent English and Spanish.
• Food & beverage or hospitality experience preferred.
