Assistant to Gestor – Administrative Support

About the role

Quality Consulting Group is seeking a motivated Assistant to support the Gestor team in handling administrative processes for trailers, vehicles and related documentation across Puerto Rico and the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with administrative processes related to trailers, semi‑trailers, vehicle registrations and CESCO transactions.
• Prepare, organize, scan, file and maintain both physical and electronic documents.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy before processing.
• Enter and update information in computer systems and spreadsheets.
• Communicate with customers, agencies and other parties to obtain or verify documentation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in office administration, document control, customer service, gestoría, CESCO or vehicle registration.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with document scanning and digitization.
