Department Manager – Plaza Del Caribe

About the role

As a Department Manager at H&M you will lead a store department, fostering an inclusive culture, ensuring excellent operational and visual standards, and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the total omni‑customer experience, maintaining visual and commercial standards per global guidelines.
• Analyse sales and budget data, set targets and create action plans to optimise results and profitability.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
• Manage cost‑efficient department operations, including fitting‑room and checkout routines, returns and exchanges.
• Keep up‑to‑date with fashion trends and ensure the team provides product knowledge to customers.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and evaluate team members, plan schedules and support career development.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked sales floor, oversee garment presentation, allocation and stockroom organization.
• Ensure proper use of in‑store technology such as Click & Collect, Smart Store and the Instore Care app.
