House Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

The House Attendant ensures the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel. This position supports the overall guest experience by maintaining spotless rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Support Room Attendants by stocking supplies, removing trash, and keeping guest floors and rooms clean.
• Assist in Lobby Attendant and Room Attendant duties during absences or high volume periods.
• Identify and act on opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.

Required profile

• High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible schedule; ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
