Lean Team Leader – Operational Excellence

About the role

The Lean Team Leader – Operational Excellence partners with the Operational Excellence Improver and/or Manager to drive Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives. This role supports the implementation, deployment, and sustainment of Operational Excellence programs across the plant and ensures compliance with audit plans.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Operational Excellence Improver/Manager to lead Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Support the implementation, deployment, and sustainment of Operational Excellence programs throughout the manufacturing plant.
• Oversee the deployment and sustainability of the Operational Excellence Program in Juana Diaz Manufacturing Operations, ensuring audit compliance and completion of program requirements.
• Assist Business and Service Units in improving process flow, workplace organization, layout optimization, safety, productivity, and waste elimination.
