Mobility Operations Specialist

About the role

The Mobility Operations Specialist will join RTX Enterprise Services in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, supporting enterprise‑wide mobile operations and providing fourth‑level engineering support for mobile devices, applications, and MDM tools.

Key responsibilities

• Support end users across the enterprise, both in the United States and internationally, handling ticket escalations and ad‑hoc requests.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise mobility operations solutions, including system consolidation and process improvement.
• Provide architecture, administration, monitoring, backup, and contingency support for multiple MDM technologies and environments.
• Implement system upgrades for on‑premise and cloud servers and create/maintain documentation such as SOPs and system architecture guides.

Required profile

• University degree (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience working with international teams and end users, preparing written and verbal reports, and managing vendor relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple demands, and communicate effectively across seniority levels.

Required skills

• Mobile Device Management (MDM) software
• ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform
• Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS) and Microsoft Azure Active Directory
• Vendor management and help‑desk ticketing systems
• Project management and analytical problem‑solving
