Senior Active Directory Developer – Identity Management

About the role

RTX is seeking a Senior Active Directory Developer with a strong focus on Identity Management to join its Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. The role involves designing, deploying, and managing AD environments and IAM solutions to ensure secure and efficient user access.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Active Directory environments, including domain controllers, OUs, GPOs, and user accounts.
• Develop and implement IAM solutions, handling authentication, authorization, and provisioning.
• Create and maintain identity management policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure high availability of AD and IAM services.
• Conduct audits and compliance checks for security and operational standards.
• Integrate AD/IAM with applications and systems, and develop automation scripts.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience with at least 8 years relevant experience (or advanced degree with 5 years).
• Minimum 5 years as an Active Directory Developer focusing on identity management.
• U.S. citizenship or eligible immigration status.

Required skills

• Active Directory architecture, design, and administration.
• PowerShell scripting for identity management.
• Linux system administration with LDAP/VDS.
• Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Azure Identity Management services.
• Programming/scripting languages: Python, Perl, Bash, YAML.
• IAM concepts: SSO, MFA, RBAC.
• Version control (Git), Agile/Scrum, DevOps processes.
