Multi-Site EHS Manager II

About the role

Join Amazon’s mission to become Earth’s safest place to work as a Multi‑Site EHS Manager II. You will lead the Global WHS Program implementation across multiple sites, combining hands‑on safety management with strategic thinking to protect associates and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead safety compliance efforts, conduct site audits, and analyze incident trends to drive improvements.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement practical solutions that balance safety and productivity.
• Manage first‑aid programs, emergency response capabilities, and ensure immediate care is available.
• Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into business decisions and act as a trusted advisor.
• Leverage technology and data analytics to develop preventive safety measures and track performance against WHS policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibility in WHS or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of people and performance management experience or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience.
• Ability to travel 50‑70% of the time and work various shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including pivot tables, chart and graphic creation.
• First Aid, CPR, AED certification (or obtain within 3 weeks of start).
• Certified Safety Professional (preferred).
