Talent Advisor – Remote (Puerto Rico)

About the role

Kelly is looking for a Talent Advisor to provide dedicated talent advocacy and career coaching to our technical and scientific contractors. The role is primarily remote, but the candidate must reside in Puerto Rico and be able to travel to client sites as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of escalation for contractors, handling payroll, benefits, contract extensions, and assignment inquiries.
• Provide industry‑specific career coaching, guidance, and counseling throughout the contractor’s engagement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive contractor talent profiles in internal systems (BH, KSN).
• Document engagement checkpoints, track metrics such as leads, talent referrals, and redeployments.
• Coordinate problem resolution with recruiting administrators and onsite client teams.
• Identify and cultivate business‑generating opportunities, including lead generation and talent referrals.

Required profile

• Resident of Puerto Rico with reliable personal transportation for on‑site visits.
• Strong background in talent advocacy, career coaching, or HR support for technical/scientific talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with contractors and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high engagement levels.
