Technician I – Remote Care Support

About the role

The Technician I, Remote Care provides technical support for Abbott's remote care products in a call‑center environment. Working the second shift, you will handle inquiries from healthcare professionals, field personnel, patients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Answer technical and complaint inquiries, collect detailed information and document product experiences.
• Tri­age calls, seek guidance when needed, and provide after‑hours on‑call support on a rotating basis.
• Support website navigation, mobile device usage, telecommunication connectivity and approved troubleshooting for Abbott‑proprietary remote care products.
• Meet department performance expectations, complete required trainings and comply with FDA and other regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, matrixed, geographically diverse environment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to multitask, including active note‑taking during calls.
