Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to validate, test, and continuously improve the quality of our SaaS applications. You will play a key part in the development and release process, ensuring reliable, secure, and high‑quality software for our 150,000+ customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute end‑to‑end quality validation for assigned product features across our SaaS suite.
• Design and perform functional, exploratory, smoke, regression, end‑to‑end, and release testing based on product risks.
• Develop and maintain automated tests for high‑impact scenarios using established frameworks.
• Test APIs, databases, services, and integrations to validate business rules, calculations, workflows, data integrity, permissions, and error handling.
• Investigate and troubleshoot defects using browser tools, network traffic, API responses, logs, and SQL queries.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve requirements, acceptance criteria, testability, and overall product quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, defect triage, release discussions, and retrospectives while communicating testing progress and risks.
• Mentor junior QA members, share technical knowledge, and promote strong quality engineering practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, test automation, or related areas.
• Proven ability to independently test web‑based or SaaS applications across functional, regression, exploratory, and release testing activities.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, accountability, and customer focus.
